What is Cadence and why should I use it?

Cadence is designed in order to keep the setup process to the minimum. All you need to do is follow the steps:
One person needs to sign up
Set up a Cadence
All members will receive a form to fill in according to the Cadence schedule.
Simple as that…

Does everyone in my team or company need to sign up?

Only the Cadence creator or team leader needs to sign up in order to create the forms and schedule the process… that is the beauty of Cadence!
Every team member will receive the email notification and the forms to fill them in without needing to sign up as well.
However, signing up has its perks…. For example, in case you are receiving a lot of forms for filling, you can find them all gathered in one place within the Forms menu, nice and tidy.

How much does it cost?

The pricing scheme of Cadence is dead simple. It costs €75.00 per month for the whole company.
Essentially, this means that all company/team users can sign up if they wish for free with their business email.
There is no free version, however, we offer a, long trial period of 30 days.

What about reporting and insights?

Simple to use and understand reports are built in the app.
Furthermore, useful data exports are offered, specifically designed to use for further data analysis.

Does it integrate with other apps or platforms?

Cadence uses google sign in and can access the company directory to make your life easier when adding members in your routines.
Shortly you will be able to access your Cadences from your browser via a chrome add-on and a slack bot will follow right after that.
Cadence will integrate with all major apps and platforms in the near future.

Is it possible to send emails from the company mail server.

Yes, in case you do not wish your company users to receive an email from @cadencehq.io you can set up the SMTP mail server setting we offer.
Setting it up is really easy…
